A new viral marketing item for The Dark Knight Rises has hit today in the form of The Gotham Observer Newspaper.  Read it and you can get a few ideas of some of Gotham's citizens making the news such as a certain cat burglar.  Page 3 of the paper leads to a website for Rykin Data which shows their patent for a new security technology they created.  Check out rykindata.com to see more
