The entire Comicpalooza Staff would like to express their condolences today to the families affected by the awful tragedy in Colorado.  No words can truly express the sadness felt today by so many because one individuals actions took away so much from so many.  They were fans just like us.  Mother's and Fathers that were super heroes to their own children.  Sons and Daughters.....all just wanting to be entertained.  We will never forget. The Dark Knight Rises Covered By Entertainment Weekly

he latest issue of Entertainment Weekly features The Dark Knight Rises on their cover for their summer movie preview.  In the issue Tom Hardy speaks about Bane's mumbly voice that people are concerned about being able to hear properly in the final film: “It’s a risk, because we could be laughed at — or it could be very fresh and exciting,” says Hardy, adding that the voice he developed was influenced by many factors, including a desire to honor the comic book character’s brains and Caribbean heritage. “The audience mustn’t be too concerned about the mumbly voice,” says Hardy. “As the film progresses, I think you’ll be able to tune to its setting.”  The Dark Knight Rises hits theaters in July!

Liam Neeson Confirms He Was The Set Of The Dark Knight Rises

"I can tell you nothing about Dark Knight Rises, seriously … I was on set for maybe an hour-and-a-half and the director didn’t tell me anything of what it’s about … So, I’m being very honest when I say I have no idea what’s going to happen."

This quote comes directly from Liam Neeson himself in a  recent interview with Showbiz Spy.  He doesn't exactly confirm he is or isn't in The Dark Knight Rises, but rumors had suggested that he was in  the movie.   Maybe Ra's Al Ghul returns or maybe he doesn't.  Maye Neeson is throwing everyone off by adding fuel to the fire.  We have until July to find out!

New Stills from The Dark Knight Rises & More

he hype machine for The Dark Knight Rises is in full swing, with some IMAX theaters already selling tickets and reporting sell outs!  The latest issue of Entertainment Weekly features Christian Bale as Batman on the cover and offers a few tidbits inside.  Bale had this to say about the end of the trilogy: "I can tell you the truth because I’m done with it: I felt immense pressure. And I think it’s a good pressure, because you owe it to the films — and the people’s expectations — to make great work."
Nolan also has a few comments in this issue including the following: "I think when people see the film, things will come into focus. Bane is very complex and very interesting and when people see the finished film people will be very entertained by him."
The issue also reveals that people may want to revisit the last film in the saga, as this final chapter has ramifications that spin from the conclusion of The Dark Knight in which Gordon and Batman try to cover-up the sins of the late Harvey Dent in order to protect Gotham's true saviour.  There are also several new stills fromt he film as seen below.
